|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Solo cards all via Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to make a purchase as you can do one off payments usings the secure server. When you checkout Paypal will provide an option to pay for non-Paypal customers. When you initially go through to the payment page and it asks you to log in you can scroll to the bottom of the page and it has a link called Pay with a debit or credit card which you can click on. The Paypal site and payment system is 100% secure and has the pad lock sign in the search bar to assure you of this.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling All orders are shipped as soon as possible subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. We always ship new orders the next business day following the receipt of an order. |
- Standard UK Delivery is either £2.60 or £5.20 per order and will arrive in 3-5 working days.
If your order is light, the delivery cost will be £2.60. The delivery cost for all other standard UK orders will be £5.20
- First Class Delivery is either £3.00 or £5.65 and will arrive in 1-3 working days.
If your order is light, the delivery cost will be £3.00. The delivery cost for all other standard UK orders will be £5.65
- Cards: Standard UK Delivery is free for a maximum of 4 cards. If you order 5+ cards delivery will be £1.00
- Cards: First Class Delivery is £1.00 for a maximum of 4 cards. If you order 5+ cards delivery will be £2.00
- FREE Super Saver Delivery is applied on orders over £50.00 and will arrive in 3-5 working days.
We offer a Free Super Saver Delivery option on all orders over £50.00 which are being delivered to an address within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses. We aim to deliver orders placed with our Super Saver Delivery option within 3-5 days. If you are wanting your super saver delivery earlier please e-mail us. We aim to deliver orders placed with our First Class option within 1-3 days.
Deliveries to remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and other offshore locations may take additional time for delivery.
You can choose to have your order delivered to an alternate address during the delivery process. This address should also have a UK postal code. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to an address other than the registered address of your payment card if the address is not secure - eg. a communal postal address. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.
Europe & Worldwide Delivery
We offer fast delivery to a wide range of global destinations. For overseas shipping we calculate your shipping charge based on weight to keep our delivery cost as low as possible, please e-mail us for a quote.
Deliveries to non-UK addresses are sent by Royal Mail using a signed-for service. Delivery period will depend on local postal services, but will typically take from 7-14 days from placing your order. You can find out how much delivery would be to your destination by emailing us your address details and order.
Items not In Stock
In the unlikely event items from an order are not available from stock we will despatch all available items and contact you to confirm when remaining items will be fulfilled. If orders are split you will only pay a single delivery charge where applicable.
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|

|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.|

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund minus the delivery fee which is non-refundable. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. We do not refund postage charges incurred in returning your item unless you are returning the item because we sent you an item incorrectly or it is faulty. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If your item is not faulty it must be returned 'as new' with all packaging intact for a full refund minus the delivery charge. We are unable to accept items for return once they have been opened or used.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Returning an item
To return an item please package it carefully, pay the postage costs and pack a copy of your original invoice details. Items are your responsibility until received by us so we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. If a return is the result of our mistake we will also refund your return postage charges.
If you don't have your original invoice to hand please write your order number and email address clearly on a separate piece of paper and include this with your return so that we can trace your original order.
