Situated in the village of Hathersage at the entrance to the Hope Valley, this high-class butchers and delicatessen offers the highest quality fresh produce together with the highest standards of personal service. Our range of products include traditional beef, pork, lamb and poultry along with a wide range of delicatessen products, award winning pies, daily cooked chickens and a large selection of both local and continental cheeses.

We also produce on the premises a comprehensive range of manufactured products including sausages, black pudding, burgers, kebabs, cooked meats and a wide range of kitchen ready products for the convenience market. These are particularly helpful for people using the local caravan and camping sites and visitors staying in self-catering accommodation.

 


While staying locally why not enjoy a traditional farmhouse breakfast to set you up for the day:- home produced dry cured bacon, free range eggs, home made black pudding (allegedly full of aphrodisiacs says Paul!) and Derbyshire oatcake – all available 6 days a week. If lunch is more appealing we provide hot roast pork sandwiches (with apple sauce and stuffing) – a snip at £1.20 each: available Tuesday to Friday inclusive.
